Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
Specifically, Kairos Technology Partners LLC will not sell, rent, lease, trade, exchange, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, or messaging opt-in records to any third-party marketers, advertisers, list brokers, lead-generation networks, or commercial affiliates under any circumstances.
