1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website (kairostechnologypartners.com) and communication services provided by Kairos Technology Partners LLC (“Kairos Technology Partners”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our platforms and services.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
When you opt in to receive text messages from Kairos Technology Partners LLC via our web forms, customer service conversations, appointment requests, or interactive widgets, you agree to the following terms:
Program Name & Purpose: “KTP Care & Notifications.” We provide customer care, appointment confirmations, booking reminders, service status notifications, and two-way customer support.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies (up to 4 msgs/month).
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you by us and to us from you. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific cellular plan.
Cancellation / Opt-Out (STOP): You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message received from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation SMS verifying that you have been unsubscribed. No additional text messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carriers Disclaimer: Mobile network operators (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. User Conduct and Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and the authorized owner or subscriber of the mobile phone number provided. You agree not to provide a phone number that you do not own or have authorization to use for SMS messaging.
4. Privacy Policy Reference
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Please review our complete Privacy Policy, including our strict Mobile Information Sharing Statement prohibiting third-party sharing of text originator opt-in information.
